Who we are

A conveyor partner that thinks in cycle time, not catalogue pages.

Kailida designs and manufactures conveyor systems, assembly lines and thermal process equipment for electronics, automotive, battery and appliance manufacturers. Every project starts with the workpiece and the rate you need to hit.

Our engineering team works from Dongguan, Guangdong, where profile machining, frame welding, electrical assembly and pre-assembly sit under one roof. That proximity is why a layout change in week three does not become a six-week delay.

  • Line layout, takt calculation and utility schedule issued before fabrication
  • Four hours of no-load running before any line is packed
  • Electrical drawings, spare-parts list and maintenance manual in English
  • CE-compliant guarding and safety circuits available on request

01 — Product families

Equipment built around the workpiece

Eight families, one engineering language. Combine them into a single line or specify a standalone machine.

Speed Chain Conveyor Lines Speed chain lines move carriers at 2.5× chain speed and allow free accumulation at every station — the default choice for electronics, appliance and automotive assembly. 4 articles Powered Roller Conveyors Powered roller conveyors for cartons, totes and pallets, with gear motor, drum motor or chain drive, plus curves, merges and transfers where the layout needs them. 3 articles Belt Conveyor Systems Belt conveyors for light assembly, packing and bulk handling, with PVC, PU, food-grade or ESD belting and frames built to run quietly for years. 3 articles Chain Plate Conveyors Chain plate conveyors carry heavy, hot or oily parts through washing, drying and assembly, with curves and transitions built around the load rather than a catalogue. 3 articles Overhead Conveyors Overhead conveyors free floor space and carry parts through coating, drying and plating, with accumulation, variable pitch and lift sections as the process requires. 3 articles Assembly Lines Assembly lines organised around takt time: balanced stations, fixture plates, material presentation and test integration, not a conveyor with tables bolted on. 3 articles Industrial Ovens & Drying Lines Batch ovens and tunnel drying lines with verified temperature uniformity, matched airflow and electric, gas or steam heat for coating, curing and battery processes. 3 articles Workbenches & Tooling ESD workbenches, fixture plates, jigs and material racks configured to the operator, the task and the ESD standard — delivered with the line, not after it. 3 articles

03 — How we deliver

Four stages, one accountable team

The same engineers who quote the line also sign off the run-in and stand on your floor for commissioning.

01

Process study

Workpiece, takt time, changeover frequency and utility constraints are fixed before a single profile is cut.

02

Design & review

Layout, cycle diagram, BOM and control architecture issued for customer review and sign-off.

03

Build & run-in

In-house pre-assembly with four hours of no-load running; current, noise and temperature data travel with the line.

04

Install & support

Site positioning, wiring, re-commissioning and operator training, with spares and remote support afterwards.

Typical lead time: 30 days for standard models, 38–45 days for a complete non-standard line. How specifications are set
